This past November, I spoke at the monthly Austin CreativeMornings meetup. The global theme was Truth, so I talked about creativity and truthtelling in conjunction with a few other things,* namely: common and uncommon cancer diagnoses, the magic of grad school, the mysteries of anesthesia, the Pomodoro method, and my new weird novel which I’m very excited about.
